Mary brings 30 years of experience in human resources leadership at public, private and government organizations across diverse industries, from retail to financial services. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated success in all aspects of people strategy, from talent acquisition and retention to organizational design. Mary began her human resources career working for PepsiCo on Pizza Hut, designing the chain’s overall management recruitment strategy across the Northeast region—but that wasn’t her first time leading a team. After graduating from the United States Military Academy at West Point, Mary was an officer in the U.S. Army, where she rose to Captain, Company Commander and was responsible for logistics and maintenance teams supporting equipment and technical skills of the troops in her unit. Mary joins Interactions from Fidelity Investments, where she served as Vice President of Human Resources.
